The three modules which constitute our prenatal yoga teacher training in Rishikesh are-
Module-1 : Prenatal Yoga Sequences
Students are taught about restorative yoga using different equipment, such as wooden blocks, a yoga chair, ropes, and blankets. This helps the ladies practice 3-5 yoga sequences in 7 days.
Module 2 : Theory/ lecture on Pregnancy Yoga
Students are given lectures on details of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd trimesters of pregnancy.
Module 3 : Teaching Practice
